Terms of Service

The Prompt Vault — 14K AI Pack is a digital library of 14,000+ text prompts designed for use with AI image- and video-generation tools (including but not limited to Nano Banana Pro / Google Gemini, Sora, Veo, Kling and Runway). The Product is a collection of text prompts only. It does not include:

• Access to any AI model, tool, or third-party subscription;
• Any guarantee of compatibility with every current or future AI tool;
• Any physical goods — delivery is 100% digital.

You are solely responsible for obtaining your own access to a compatible AI image- or video-generation tool and for complying with that tool provider's own terms of service, acceptable use policies, and applicable fees.

The Product is delivered electronically, immediately after successful payment, via a download link shown on the confirmation screen and sent to the email address you provide at checkout. No physical shipment occurs. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address and to check your spam/junk folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.

The Product is sold for a one-time, non-recurring fee as displayed on the Site at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor and merchant of record, who may collect and remit applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST on our behalf depending on your location. We do not directly store your full payment card details.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:

• Use the prompts contained in the Product for personal and commercial purposes;
• Use, publish, sell, and otherwise commercially exploit any images you generate using the prompts, without attribution;
• Modify and adapt the prompts to suit your own projects.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or otherwise make the Product (or any substantial portion of the prompt collection) available to third parties in any form, whether for free or for payment;
• Claim authorship or ownership of the Product itself or the prompt collection;
• Use the Product to generate content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others (including a real person's likeness, publicity, or intellectual property rights without consent), is defamatory, or violates the acceptable use policy of the AI tool you use to generate images.

The compilation, structure, organization, and editable-variable formatting of the prompt library are the intellectual property of Webnox Sarl. Illustrative example images shown on the Site were generated using prompts of the type included in the Product and are used for demonstration purposes only; original visual works referenced or credited belong to their respective creators. PromptVault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Alphabet Inc., or any AI model provider. "Nano Banana Pro" and "Gemini" are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced solely to describe compatibility.

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee any specific outcome, image quality, engagement, sales, or income as a result of using the Product. Results depend on factors outside our control, including the AI tool you use, your own inputs, and your effort. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Webnox Sarl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Product or Site. Our total liability arising out of these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited (including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site or Product after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence, the courts of Marrakech, Morocco shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
